H2O Divers - PADI Dive Centre Of The Month
H2O Divers, based at the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Golden Sands Malta and with a branch at The Riviera Resort & Spa, has been awarded ‘PADI Dive Centre of the Month’. PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors), the largest dive training agency in the world, which has just certified its 20 millionth diver, has awarded H2O Divers the prestigious title of ‘PADI Centre of the Month’.
H2O Divers was chosen from all PADI Dive Centres worldwide, totaling over 6,300! The association has dive centres in 180 countries, serving more than one hundred and thirty five thousand professional members.
Winning this award is a wonderful honour and an accolade of the quality of service that is shown to each individual diver that walks into H2O Divers. The Malta Tourism Authority was very happy to hear about this award. Such efforts continue to put our Islands on the map and highlight our diving offer. MTA will continue to support H2O Divers and all other stakeholders to continue to strengthen this very important niche for Malta. Malta, a small country in the Mediterranean Sea, was recently defined as the ‘world’s third best dive destination’, after The Maldives and Egypt, which is now generally regarded as ‘unsafe’.
From the inauguration of H2O Divers, five years ago, it has focused on customer satisfaction and the quality of its services. The hand chosen crew makes the difference between an award winning centre, like H2O Divers, and the ordinary dive centre.
Stephen Clough, owner of H2O Divers, said ‘I am absolutely delighted to have won this award, which will give us a higher profile amongst international divers and is a great reward for the splendid efforts of all our staff’.
